The whole idea behind it is that you set aside time and engage in timed sessions with small breaks in between. But I feel like doing this might actually make you averse to productivity because you're reinforcing the idea that it's something forced, something you're naturally supposed to dislike. This is why so many people procrastinate. I think a much better way to be productive is to just do things whenever you feel like it. Whatever it is you want to get done, whether it's something small or big, just do it when you want and for however long you want. You can take as many breaks as you need. I feel like this method would naturally compel you to be productive, and eventually, you'd end up spending as much time being productive as you would with something like the Pomodoro Technique, but without disliking it or procrastinating.

I meant still do it. You have to get it done on that particular day, for example, but don’t have a strict set time for when you do it or how long your sessions or breaks are. Just go with the flow while keeping in mind that you need to get it out of the way as soon as you can so you can spend the rest of the day doing whatever else you want. Some fatass wakes up in the morning and says he has a 4-hour Pomodoro session scheduled for 2PM, but it’s 2:10PM and he hasn’t eaten or isn’t feeling it at that moment, so he pushes it off until the next day or some other BS. That causes a vicious cycle of doing nothing, which is why my method might be better.

It depends on your will, I do what you say because I take some things seriously. The things I don't wanna do, I simply don't do It if no one is paying me or getting a benefit from it.
