I will probably run a diuretic long term next cycle when I recomp.

Does anyone know which could be safest diuretic that doesnt rape ur organs u if u use with 40mg telmis?

Long-term diuretic use for a recomp is a bad idea, especially stacked with 40 mg telmisartan. Telmis already affects renal blood flow and BP, and adding any diuretic (there is no “organ-safe” one) massively increases risk of kidney injury and electrolyte imbalance over time. Diuretics don’t burn fat or improve a recomp — they just pull water, flatten muscle, hurt performance, and look worse unless used very short-term for peaking. If someone is serious about staying healthy, the only sane options are sodium consistency, hydration, diet control, and regular labs — not chronic diuretics.
