its been 2 weeks now without my visa case being updated.

it sucks because the next time he is applying for a visa elsewhere, they will ask him "have u ever been rejected for a visa" and he has to put yes and go down the same rabbit hole again and go through a plethora of paperwork.
it becomes very hard for one to visit any place after that without having to do a shit ton of paperwork.
