Especially Sunni Muslims it’s part of their creed of faith they have to bekive in it. So yes Allah is unfair and literally makes people for hell

I heard from someone that ALLAH(SWT) created us and then took some oath and sent us on earth. I don't know how authentic it is as I do not have any reference. Can someone shed some light on this?

These are in the Quran so yes Shiah’s have a form of it clearly
