idk man most of my friends in college were strangers at some point.
i meant as in strangers in the streets, college and school is by far the best environment for socializing
tbh I've had plenty of people talk to me on the street but yeah I get what you mean
being a neet is the worst decision anyone can take idk why some chose that path , unless you're literally htn+ u will slowly die not interacting with anyone
HTN is the bare minimum to successfully socialize with people. If you are below that might as well save your energy and LDAR
u can socialize perfectly fine if you're mtn or even ltn but you gotta know how to act nt , when you're htn you can act autistic asf if you want and people will still want to be around you

i have a ntmaxxed ltn friend hes like 5'5 too, he's the biggest jester in my whole school, well ye he has friends but he gets cucked by a lot of people, sad reality, all those short ltns have to compensate so much with their personality and acting harmless just so they can be friends of someone.
if ur 19 years old and still dont know that i dont think even college will be able to help you
