One study on cetirizine - an OTC antihistamine - on male Wistar rats observed an increase in testosterone but no significant changes in LH and FSH concentrations or spermatogenesis:

On the other hand, another study on humans (men) found that cetirizine HCL significantly increased prolactin and significantly decreased LH and FSH and sperm count:

After reading the first study, I thought, "great! It increases LH receptors in leydig cells and boosts T, I want to share this with the looksmax community" but then, after doing some more research, I found the second article above lol

Fortunately, I've been using cetirizine only on rare occasions, to get rid of mosquito bite itch.
