The dopamine you get when ur sitting in the car, having already made the money for your surgery and you are about to deposit the money on ur account to make the final payment.

Or the anxiety and adrenaline rush on the day when I got my first hardmaxx and I was sitting in my car in the parking like 30 mins before the surgery, thinking "Im really about to fucking do it holy fuck" while some random blackpill song is playing . It was under local anesthesia too so I felt like I'm going to war.

Buccal fat removal. Im having cantho and fat grafting in like 25 days, but this time in Thailand. Will be a more drastic hardmaxx.

Also I'm having lefort 1 + genio done next year, but tbh I fucking cant wait till I get it, the wait time is killing me lol. My decomp will take like 1.5 years till i get the surgery, hopefully less though

Well I'm having my fucking maxilla drilled and then dragged off of my skull to reposition it, so cantho and fat grafting dont scare me that much tbh

The maxfac who removed my wisdom teeth for the surgery preparation, told me he kinda feels weird when lefort 1's are performed, because the maxilla is forcefully pulled and cracked open from the skull and that it makes a loud cracking noise lol. So yeah, he said leforts look brutal, but that they change the face a shit ton.

They cut it and then they pull the maxilla away from the skull.

Don't be scared though, you'll be asleep the whole time lol, it doesn't matter what they do, the process will be short and quick 4 you.
