good for the spine, your muscles can finally relax

if you sleep on soft cushion like matrasses the weight of your body will go over to your muscles, and they cant relax that way.

sleep on the floor and the weight will go to your skeleton, your muscles can finally relax that way.

your spine will thank you

also its free and you have less to wash

and any type of backpain will go away eventually

Can't believe people made me sound crazy when I said sleeping on the floor is more comfortable.:ROFLMAO:

my backpain went away, and it felt lots more comfortable for me even in the first night, also its nice and cold and you can stretch easily
