The curious case of The Aspie RussianCel (The new Anstrum)

This chap is an interesting one, because I mark him down in quite similar light to Anstrum who suffers from a quirky form of aspergers too, only this guy has a better more exotic pheno with those 'dark-looks', just a longer midface.

He clearly isn't the most neurotypical in the brain but what can he do to in improving facially to give him confidence with surgery so that he doesn't care and starts approaching girls? His midface seems a little sunken in. Would bringing his midface out with surgery ascend him? Creating a more consistent face from top to bottom?
