Probably lost about a good 7-8 pounds already in 30 days. I have like 67 more days until I’m right around 10% 160 but the goyslop demons keep whispering in my ears. The pastries in my fridge have voices, the demons are telling me to “have a refeed day”. I’m not going to fall for these satanic urges. I will prevail
