If you have shit genes and you get fat from not watching your diet, you'll never be wanted anyway. They just pick the person with the most genetic quality, and they think their boyfriend with top 5% genetics has a "dad bod" because he eats a pizza twice a week LOL

but for me a "little" difference between like 85-6kg and 81kg is TREMENDOUS face change, from turbo-bloated Leo, to human..
Get another 3-4 off and it's the sweet spot, and maybe like 15-16% bf and borderline twinkmode, I can't go less then that unless I build some serious muscles (cope to some degree) to not look fragile, but the point is - that's what normies don't understand and usually they FORGOT how they look like at human BF percentage
