I can get 100 compliments and ignore it but 1 insult I think about it for hours

I have the same issue.

This makes us realize that no matter what we do even if we’re chads we will still care about what others think.

So during your “ascension” additionally to looks, try to care more about self acceptance than external acceptance. When you stop caring life becomes so much more peaceful.
