This happened like almost a year ago I think
I was walking from home to library thats like 30 minutes away from me (cause i was bored)
so im in this neighborhood and theres a crosswalk. Theres a button most people press before they use the crosswalk to notify cars that they are walking, because it is a busy two way street.
There werent many cars on the street that day...and i look both ways *press the button* and start walking.
Then, like some sixth sense in me tells me to just look again. And i look, and i see this turqiouse old honda civic....oh wait nevermind just searched it up and it was a honda type r.
but yeah it was going like 140 mph+ on this street
the same thing that told me to look both ways again told me this car wouldn't have stopped. So I just walk back to the sidewalk...
...and whattya know the car doesnt stop and just zooms past.
The experience didnt really scare me just made me angry more than anything.
The anger comes from the fact that when the crosswalk button is pressed cars can litterally see a sign that notifes them that someonne is walking on it like 300 feet before they get to the actual crosswalk. And those lights are bright.
Geez...I wonder what that driver was thinking...

Anyway thanks for reading dont forget to like and subscbe
