Do you have the traits in your original post?
I haven't checked tbh. My heart rate is kinda shit at the moment cause the only cardio ive been getting is from walking quickly.
Im assuming all my other stats are ok at the minute cause im young and not obese.
And I don't think I have ever had a type 7 shit (pure liquid).

Your stats will most likely be fine and a high RHR isn’t something to worry about as long as you don’t have any sort of arrhythmia on your ecg. Your cardio will lower it eventually because it increases heart efficiency.

yeah not worried about that really. I literally know people that can't walk up a flight of stairs without sweating profusely so I think im fine for now.
