Our lives were already decided the moment you were born.
I believe that each of us have been given a destiny, a "life" handicap that we could maximally amount to. No matter how hard we try, we do not form it ourselves, but it's just the universe guiding us to wherever it leads us to by a series of choices. And ultimately leads to whatever the world has decided your fate to be.
We're playing a turn based game, which our life essentially is without regarding all of the other contents such as trying hard and obscure stuff. It's truly brutal how nature has determined our worth since the beginning. The only thing that distinct us from usual animals are our appearances and intelligence, even though we were gifted with such powers, it's all genetics on what we're gonna end up at
But it's by no means I should give up because I know it's over. At the end of the day, we could maximize our choices that leads to the good ending by trying hard
