Im also an ankle cell 21 cm, never began

mine are 8.3 inches (21cm)

which is between 10-15th percentile, similar as just about every other bone length or thickness in my body or skull

except for my clavicles which are like 99th percentile jfl

imo that's because the clavicle bone fuses last and until 21.5 I had narrow shoulders. Then I started working out, valuing my sleep more, and changing my nutrition completely. After 0.5-1year I had very broad shoulders, now my dad has also fairly wide shoulders, so it could have been purely genetics. I think genetics are one part of the equation but not the only one.
