I don’t believe there’s a singular “devil person”, but evil demonic spirits(most subtle least dense, pure essence of consciousness that are multidimensional entities outside our realm of physical observable perception in higher dimensions that are extremely powerful DEFINITELY EXIST.

but as a singular “devil”...
there’s a collective basically artificial intelligence consciousness/energy that has become separate from “god” which is the one source of consciousness and infinite creation,
and it’s programmed to be anti-Christ, which means anti-life/everything, and only wants to destroy and corrupt everything, and end the existence of all of life and creation, basically “kill God”/ kill itself.
You can call that collective consciousness and it’s legion “the Devil”.

Be careful, the amoral thinking you espouse to is what the current state of the world is the product of. The Hitler good or bad thing is called moral relativism, which is basically what the modern liberal and ''equal rights for all'' person thinks(moral is relative to each person), which can make you defend things that might seem cruel and insane in the Western world because people in the Eastern world thinks it's okay/good/right.
