In fact, black niggers have been privileged over whites in the 21st century due to programs like affirmative action and DEI (both of which Trump is dismantling, thankfully). They were able to qualify for top universities, scholarships, jobs, etc. simply for being black/POC with average test scores and mediocre past work performance, if any, taking those opportunities away from whites who score much more highly on exams on average and have demonstrated higher performance in previous employment.
