training 2-3 times a week is more then enough. after that you should spend the energy and effort in actually getting girls by meeting, socialising etc…at least if thats your goal

too many guys got lost in the gymcel journey. they started originally to get girls but then somehow they end up as autist who dont even go out at a friday night bc they rather gymcel..or they start the permabulk and look worse then before

its sad to see. i witnessed this myself

I train 6 times a week, full body. My progress is way faster this way.

I noticed once you achieved the body through years of working out, it's pretty easy to maintain it. At that points 1x a week full body is enough. It'll still take like a month of no gym before you start to decline

i think the amount of time u gotta spend at the gym to maintain muscles depends on how muscular you are. if you got super large muscles like zyzz, youre gonna need to work out 3 or 4 times a week, with each workout lasting an hour and a half. if your abs and muscles are like the guy's whos shown below, then youll be able to get away with going only 1 or 2 times per week (probs 2 tho).

I have the same physique as the guy below and I can maintain it for over a month after not working out. If I do 2 sessions I can again maintain for another 2-3 weeks I think. Mostly depends on protein intake.
 
Yeah I trained 5-7x p/w over the first 2 years, now I’ve built the base I’m just doing 3x and actually doing activities where I can meet women.

Yeah gym-celling is a waste of time.

But if ur going to gym-cel... then go 2-3x a week for the first 6 months (full body workout). Once your CNS and body are used to lifting amp it up to 4-5x a week until end of year 1,2 and 3.

Then u can maintain and dial it back down to 2x a week. As a natty, you will keep 90% of ur strength and 100% of muscle gains. U won't make any progress, but as long as ur eating and sleeping well... ull maintain everything.

That's been the case for me. I went max 4-5x a week during year 2, but since have dialled down to 2-3x a week. Not really making much progress, but no losses either.

Physique is very important
