IMO, improving your metabolism is the first step if you want to get out of inceldom. If your metabolism is shit (like most modern man today) you will not have the energy, the spirits, the mental state, or the physical condition to do the things that are necessary to escape this hell.

Moneymaxing is a must if you need surgery to get ascended, and you will not achieve that goal if your metabolism and hormones are not in your favor.
