Niggas, if you wanna take melatonin, then take 10-20mg. You can take even more than 20mg, but well, it's just not necessary. Not because bad stuff will happen (nothing will happen, in studies people took over 100mg for years and nothing bad happened) but its just not needed. If u wanna fall asleep a few mins after it kicks in then yeah maybe.
Before fags say your body makes 0.5mg, so what nigga? If your body already makes 0,5 then why are u taking 0,5mg??????
1mg is too low
I took 5.5-8mg (idk how much i took i legit just got some pills without counting and swallowed) and I got 11,5-12 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Yeah. And I feel great. Not feeling drowsy or tired or shit. Feeling great. Better than ever.
