This will be a guide on how to fix acne

Everyone thinks they need accutane or ghkcu but thats not really the case

Some problems seem bigger then what they really are

So heres a tool i found instead that cleaned my acne in one day. Yes you heard correctly

Now results may differ from person to person but from personal experience i can assure you the results are quick (dont take this literally if you have a face full of acne everywhere dont expect as quick results as to someone with moderate acne or little to no acne)

Keep in mind i do not intend for this to get in botb this is just a helpful guide on how to use the product i will be talking about

The product is Epiduo

First of all. What is it?

Epiduo is a topical acne treatment gel that contains two active ingredients

1 Adapalene (0,1-0,3%)
A type of retinoid that:

• Unclogs pores
• prevents new acne from forming
• speeds up new skin cell turnover

2 Beronzyl Peroxide (2,5%)
An antibacterial ingredient that

• kills acne caused by bacteria
• reduces inflammation
• helps clear existing pimples

Why this combination works

Epiduo treats acne in multiple ways at the same time:

• Stops pores from getting clogged (adapalene)

• fights bacteria and redness (benzoyl peroxide)

Who should use it?

People with mild to moderate acne (if you have severe acne i’d recommend accutane)

Whiteheads, blackheads, inflamed pimples,

This is not ideal for:

Very sensitive skin: will flake your skin and cause severe stinging

However If you still have intent of using it i’d go for a weaker version like 0,1% adapalene

If you have severe acne please do not try this treatment as results will likely be very slow and you’ll be better off a stronger treatment like accutane

How to get it?

you have three options from here:

• Get it prescribed from a doctor (shouldnt be too hard)

• might be able to get it over the counter at some pharmacies although it might be a weaker version

• get it from indiamart

How to use it?

This is where you listen carefully

1 cleanse your face first. Let it dry or use paper. Do not scrape just tap lightly on the skin to dry it with paper. Dont ever apply it when your skin is wet or damp/moist

2 apply a pea-sized amount for the entire face

3 avoid rubbing it on thin layers of the skin like under the eyes or on the nostrils and mouth (applying it to the nose is fine just dont do it where the nostrils are)

When to use it

Start 2-3 times per week and after that if your skin cooperates then do more

These are the possible side effects and how you can handle them:

Dryness? > use a moisturizer
irritation > reduce frequency
Burning > you’re applying too much or too often. So lay off

the DO’s and don’ts

Do: sunscreen every morning to protect from the sun from uv radiation because your skin is sensitive

Do: be consistent. EVEN IF results may not come in days you still have to apply because ive recommended this treatment to others irl and the results varied. Some had results in days. For others it took a whole month.

Dont: use too much. It wont clear your acne faster rather it will make it worse

Dont: mix with other harsh products like retinoids or scrubs or other strong acids

question: does this work on pigmentation induced by acne? if not, do you know any treatment that can combat hyperpigmentation?

It can help but thats not its main purpose. For hyperpigmentation i’d recommend niacinimide or azelaic acid

there's better solutions, also this is a pretty stupid fucking post, epiduo is terramogged by acnatac in the same way adapalene gets terramogged by tretinoin since epiduo is just adapalene with antibacterial properties

well i can’t get acnetac because of my mom and tretinoin, i only have a described epiduo which is the holy hope for me and it worked pretty good by removing all the acne but still left with pie and hyperpigmentation, i just wanna know if epiduo would help with pie and hyperpigmentation if do i would continue with it.

to answer your question, yeah it will in the long term. but why is your mum cucking you out of tret? this is the first time i've heard of a parent not letting their kid take something as simple as tretinoin

because my mom thinks it’s to strong for me and refuses to call a dermatologist to describe somthing better since i burned my face with epiduo and my mom is super protective so she’s afraid that i would burn my skin more

ahhhh okay, well that probably just means you used epiduo incorrectly since i only had peeling at the very start and it was mild when i used to use epiduo.

yeah then later i stoped using it for a week to heal my barrier then started using it again but pea sized and worked wonders

if your acne has improved and the changes have been dramatic enough, then maybe you might not even need tret. if you're going to switch to tret then it's worth knowing that you will have a purge once you switch, so unless epiduo is ineffective then i'd stay on it if it's working so well.

No its not fucking stupid. Acnatac is for individuals with severe acne. This wasnt suggested for severe acne. It was suggested for moderate to little acne that wont go away.

i’d recommend you try reading next time fucking buffoon.

I stated that this is for moderate to little acne that has a hard time going away. while accutance is a better choice for severe

anything short of tretinoin is just cope that will only break you out before giving you subpar results after half a year of acne scarring, and if you can count your pimples and scars on one hand, why bother with retinoids to begin with?

Ur just retarded, this is such a shit product, waste of money you have adapalene which is just a retinoid, and benzoyl peroxide which just kills type c bacteria.

Accutane does this much better, and it's an easy to take systemic pill, this is a useless guide
