If whatever food you wanna eat didn’t exist 200 years ago, then don’t eat it. As simple as that.

This trick alone will help in reducing acne, inflammation and for getting a clear skin.

Focus foods mainly on fish for nutrients and chicken for protein.
Vegetarian sources: Honey, green leafy salads (with home made dressings only), 9 pieces of almonds and a Vit B12 tablet will cover all the essential nutrients just as good as eating fish.
Tofu, cottage cheese, chick peas and other lentils for protein (in that order).
