Just do cardio and tan, believe me, there is a brutal change.
I remember a long time ago when I went to the barbershop, I looked bad, my face looked very swollen and full of shit, I felt really fucking bad and I went into another depression because of that, but it was my fault those days I treated my body like a Shit like I don't even care
Then 1 month after that I cut my hair again and I looked brutal, my eyes were super good, my face was very stretched and my cheeks were very hollow, and my skin was tanned and shiny.
Remember that for this to work you have to have a normal+ base!!
