THE EASY AND REAL WAY TO ASCEND. (GUIDE)

If you were on tiktok or on other social media platofrms, you might have seen young men, which ascended.
Most likely you questioned how they did that and whats the secret:soy:???
Is it masai jumping? Bonesmashing? Raw meat?
WHAT IS IT???



In this thread I will try to explain a maybe realistic guide, which you could try to achieve.
It is true that genetics play a enourmosly big role in maxxing out the looks, but your only goal should be to be better than your starting point.

So lets get started.:feelsmage:

1. Step
GET LEAN


I don't mean by that, that you should havin 10% with the age of 16, just wait till your early twenties like 20-21.
Maybe you could even start it with 19, but thats up to you.
The real lesson here is, that you should aim, if you are over 15, to be at like 15% bodyfat, maybe even 14%.
This is because having a high fat percentage is descending you immidiately.
Don't starve yourself, because you are also devoleping. And having sometimes a little sweaty meal with a friend or on a festival shouldn't be a problem, don't exaggerate it.
When you are old enough, you should try to get at like 10-12% bodyfat.


2. Step
Your skin


I had strong acne and I still have sometimes some skin impurities.
What I did was, I got perscribed isotretinoin and also i managed my stress.
Right now I am using tretinoin and I did some microneedling sessions, which is good if you have acne scars.
Remember that while you are using tretinoin, you should use suncreme in the day and you should only apply tretinoin in the night.
If you have still pigments and acne scars, you could try lasering, which should show faster results, but it is expensive.
Also you can try vitamin c on your skin.
And one of the most important parts is that you also should eat properly.
Don't eat to much processed food, junk food, much sweets and don't drink milk and to much products, which are made out of milk, becvause milk you worsen your acne.

3. Step
Hair


Have a haircut deendign on your hairtype and faceform. You also don't need to have a fade and could just let your hair grow out.
Just take care of your hair. Most of the time, long hair will suit you better than a buzzcut.

YEAH, but he has a beautiful body, and has very high facial aesthetic
s.
Maybe longer hair would suit him better OR he is a rarity, which actually can have a buzzcut and look very good.
For the majority is having a buzzcut not very aesthetic.
Also if you don't like having very long hair, just let the top grow and try a low taper fade, if you want to or keep the sides a bit shorter.

4. Step
THE AESTHETIC BODY:feelswhere:

If you want to have a aesthetic body, you should aim to these following steps.

-Low bodyfat (Like I said about 10-12%).
-Try to have the v Taper, which is bigger shoulders and a small waist.
-TRAIN YOUR UPPER CHEST AND NOT YOUR UNDER CHEST.
-Train your neck sometimes.


While your are bulking and trying to gain muscle mass, your goal should be to have enough energy, gain actually musclemass, gain as less fat as possible.
Eat enough protein, about 2g per kg or a bit more. Eat complex carbs, you can eat fast carbs sometimes before and after your training, but focuse more on complex carbs.
AND BULKING IS NOT A FREE CARD TO EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT, LIKE EATING JUST JUNKFOOD AND CALLING IT A BULK.
And why you should focus more on your upperchest and not on your underchest is because having a big underchest doesn't look aesthetic.
Andrew tate is a good example for someone, who has a big under chest. (Nothing against him.)
Aesthetic bodybuilder like Jeff Seid, David Laid etc have often a big upperchest und a samller underchest.
AND DON'T EGOLIFT.
Its not about numbers. Hey, how much do you bench? How much do you curl. NO!
Its called bodybuilding, you should just care that your weights or your reps are going up, because you are growing.
AND TAKE A SMALLER WEIGHT AND DO THE REPETITION SLOW AND FEEL IT; RATHER THAN LIFITING BIG WEIGHTS AND YOU AREN'T FEELING IT.
try a basic split from the internet and don't overcomplicate it.

5. Step
CLOTHES


Its simple.

Have a good pair of jeans. I prefere loose jeans and just sometimes baggy jeans. BUT IT SHOULN'T BE TO BAGGY. You can also try mild bootcut jeans.

In general go with loose jeans.
Try some good tshirts, don't wear tshirts with big brands on it. If you want to wear brands, than it should be simpler, like one brand like Polo ralph, lacoste, adidas, etc. small on your tshirts.
The simplest option is in my opinoin to spend more money on beautiful loose jeans and wear a simple black or white tshirt.
Rare a polo tshirt, if you want to spend so much money.
Don't forget, if you have a aesthetic, lean body almost every tshirt will look good on you, so focus more on that.
And maybe a leather jacket.
6. Step
Just try your best and grow intellectually.

Don't make your whole personality about having looks,

because optimizing your body and looks should be a part of you, not the only part.
Read sometimes some books, for example philosophy.
Be good at school and grow intellectually.
If you did all these things and maxxed out your looks, without optimizing your mind,
you will end up just being a regular guy with good looks.
Your mind should grow with your body in the progress.


In conclusion there is much to softmax, just try it and also grow intellectually.
Just with doing the basics right, you are able to achieve so much.

The real way is surgery and or cosmetic enhancements JFL. This will only work if u alr started at high mtn. But for the vast majority of this forum who are sub5- normies need procedures. Nice thread tho
