Recently watched this interview with a random russian dude and he mentioned this.

Found the study:

This is just wonderful:
"On a mouse treadmill, PEPCK-Cmus mice ran up to 6 km at a speed of 20 m/min, whereas controls stopped at 0.2 km."
A-fucking-mazing. 30 times the endurance.

"PEPCK-Cmus mice had an enhanced exercise capacity, with a VO2max of 156 ± 8.0 ml/kg/min, a maximal respiratory exchange ratio of 0.91 ± 0.03, and a blood lactate concentration of 3.7 ± 1.0 mm after running for 32 min at a 25° grade; the values for control animals were 112 ± 21 ml/kg/min, 0.99 ± 0.08, and 8.1 ± 5.0 mm respectively."
Almost 1.5 the VO2max!

But what's the catch??

Food. God were those mice hungry.
"The PEPCK-Cmus mice ate 60% more than controls but had half the body weight and 10% the body fat as determined by magnetic resonance imaging."
Yeye, lower body fat whatever, but they're light as fuck and eat a shitton.

In addition, if normal mice died only after like 4-5 days of not eating, the modified mice died in just 24hrs.

PEPCK, full name Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxykinase, is a mandatory ferment that is a must for gluconeogenesis to work. That's why it made shit change so much, and that's why you'll fucking die if you don't eat enough.

gene that boosts endurance 30 fold in mice which we can try in humans to reap the benefit [although there's no way we're gonna get a 30 gold boost in humans as well]

1. Not peptide but an altered gene.
2. You'll fucking die if you don't eat.

You'll die if you eat on DNP
You'll die if you don't eat on PEPCK-Mus

Match made in heaven

One makes your mitochondria peak
One makes your mitochondria dead
Truly!

Oh God this might actually be insane
You'll die if you eat on DNP
You'll die if you don't eat on PEPCK-Mus

Match made in heaven
And you take Ghrelin to spike appetite but then use Retatrutide to suppress appetite so you know you reached flow state
