The effects of mouth breathing

I feel like I had the genetics to have great bone structure but it got ruined with constant mouth breathing. I can look good from the front in certain lighting because the negative effects of mouth breathing r less obvious from that angle but my side and 3/4 profile show obvious signs of facial recession. How much would bimax ascend me? I know I ask this a lot but I never get a good high iq answer.
