I wanted to talk about something that I think a lot of us can relate to - rejection and rejection sensitivity. Being rejected sucks, plain and simple. And for us incels, it can feel like it happens all the time. But what I've been thinking about lately is how rejection can really mess with our heads and make us more sensitive to it in the future.
When we're rejected, it can make us feel like we're not good enough or that there's something wrong with us. And that can make us even more afraid of being rejected in the future, which can lead us to avoid putting ourselves out there or even lash out at others. It's a vicious cycle.
So what can we do about it? I think one thing is to try and reframe rejection in our minds. Instead of seeing it as a personal attack or a reflection of our worth, we can try to view it as just one person's opinion. And even if it hurts, we can remind ourselves that it's not the end of the world and that there are plenty of other opportunities out there.
What do you guys think? Have you experienced rejection sensitivity and how do you deal with it? Do you think I am being bluepilled about reframing rejection?
