@Baldingman1998 your diet & exercise makes a lot more difference to your health than smoking some sticks even though I don’t recommend smoking.

Depends. I know a guy who is 21 who developed bronchitis from smoking. Some people get nothing even after 60+ years. Other get cancer and die. Others get diseases etc. Everyone smells like shit and gets yellow teeth tho. And get shortness of breath.

I stopped smoking at 21. I don't think I have any long term damage from it.

Yh it is subhuman, I don’t disagree with that.

But I think if you stop before late twenties most of the side effects go, same with alcohol (I cba to look up any studies tho)

i smoke about 40 cigarettes a year

i buy a pouch, maybe have one a day for week and then just throw it away, been doing this for 5 years now

Just keep active + stop before 25 bro.

From my experience (smoking for 7 yrs) you will eventually outgrow it. At 17 I was smoking weed + cigarettes everyday multiple times a day, now @ 23 I smoke maybe twice a week, it gets boring af + drains ur bank account.

I once did a larger study on the effects of heavy binge drinking. The damage was almost to the extent on MDMA

No some damage. But the frequency at which alcohol can be consumed and provide effects is it’s worst quality.

4 days of mdma and you won’t feel a thing.

Depends. I knew a chadlite IRL who drank every day, fucked bitches, sold drugs, drove drunk every single day and was all around insane. Guy was naturally built like a brick shithouse, like a bear, but you could still see his jawline and zygos. And he could fight too, so he beat the shit out of much of his competition and ran dark triad game. At the same time you have soy types who are crazy about alcohol too, probably because it helps them to cope. Correlation goes more towards the later type from my experience.

I used to be a giga drug coper but ive left it behidn to try and looksmatch-

tbh im not even sure the MTBs ive slayed on tidner even gave me anymore pleasure than the drugs did- I may as well have just carried on drugmaxxing

Idk if the weed itself is bad. But smoking anything especially these Evapes is bad. If your inhaling something that was burned its probably bad for you overtime.

I bet if you just sat in front of a camp fire 4 hours a day that would give you major issues as well.

I use non tobacco pure nicotine pouches. They only contain nicotine but zero tobacco

Nicotine in itself is a healthy substance. Nicotine has proven to be neuroprotective, protects against alzheimers, improves both long term and short term memory, induces oesteoblast (bone growth) (this one will mostly benefit pubertycels though) , reduces brain estrogen , improves your dopamine levels.

Tobacco is bad though
