Nazi ideology was not white supremacist. "Whiteness" wasn't a thing at all with the nazis. It was pretty much just "german supremacy", aryan basically just meaning germanic (thus including some other "white" nationalities apart from german, but not all by any means).

An authoritarian system must have incentives aligned to prevent corruption, power aquisition, infighting etc
This requires extensive systems-level planning. Like china but more functional.
Capitalism in all its greed and injustice survives because it is adaptable and resilient to human nature
