his midface, zygos and maxilla looks too underdeveloped compared to the rest of the implant augmented "forward grown" looking face.
His mouth looks too small and philtrum to huuuge chin ratio makes him look very unharmonious and somewhat tranny looking. Beardmaxxing could conceal that to a large extend, minox would be a good idea for him actually I might pm him recommendations

I think he had a very tall chin. Nothing you can do with that because of critical nerves that are located near the bottom of the chin. I think Eppley did the best he could here. He looks good excepting the picture on the right which looks like overhead lighting is casting shadows that make him look odd. I have similar, though not as bad, a problem with overhead lighting causing shadows. I can't ID him on Eppley's site, where are his before pics?

People in comments coping saying 5, 6, 7 even though for his age he easily mogs 99.999% of males because they're all ugly subhumans. Only problem is the fact he looks uncanny. Probably the overly perfectly rounded wraparound and obvious exaggerated canthoplasty.
Insanely good looking people don't exist naturally because it's simply too rare for the stars to align and give someone 99th percentile in everything. Most gl people you mofos obsess over had a bunch of work done and the ones who only had a bit just correct their main core flaws and ascend to godhood looks. Plastic surgery is way more common than you think.
