We are at dawn of a new class of ultra capitalists: Trillionaires those whose net worths is more than entire countries GDPs with millions of people

Elon Musk just got approved for a $878 billion pay package yes his net worth will be over a trillion dollars. Let that sink in.

Musk's net worth= More money than all but 10-12 countries entire GDPs. Just imagine that kind of wealth. One man's net worth = entire continents' GDPs.

Just a decade ago billionaire used to be the endgame but now
billionaires are popping up everywhere

The 2020s created them. Al, EVs, private space, global automation all feeding a few companies' gravitational pull toward trillion dollar valuations. Nvidia also recently hit some ~3.5 Trillion dollars evaluation. Fucking hell

Trillionaires won't be born by inheritance. That's too much money to be inherited. They'll be built by innovation, monopolies, and data. The new gold rush isn't oil or land it's intelligence and data now

Elon Musk will probably be the first Trillionaire by the end of this decade next contenders are

Jensen Huang. He became a top 5 richest man overnight because of AI chips and if Nvidia continues the current trajectory He is also well on his way to become a Trillionaire

1000115153

Mark Zuckerberg. Meta AI and AR dominance with Instagram and WhatsApp. His stocks have also sky rocketed since 2020 and are consistently going up and up

1000115154

Another underdogs to watch out for would be

Sam Altman with his OpenAI train and trillion dollar IPO. Already made a thread on what kind of 5D chess this guy is playing

1000115155

And Aravind Srinivas. The founder and CEO of perplexity AI. He has been making a lot of high stakes deals recently and is also on his way to join the elite ranks

Wonder what industry is next to be so lucrative.

I think incorporating AI into robotics that can translate to day to day tasks is the next step but it would likely come from already prominent AI firms.

Maybe some huge innovations in energy could become very lucrative.

Why do they don't just cash-out n retire?

You will have enough resources to live comfortably in a farmland, consume the best of the diets and see your grandchildren grow if you've accumulated like $10M

Its because these companies are massively overvalued. Nvidia still makes sense, but not Tesla and certainly not OpenAI. Perhaps add a little bit of wealth inequality rising but that wont affect this phenomenon much.

Teslas market cap is currently about 1.5 trillion, and its annual profit is 15 billion.

For Elon Musk to receive that package, Teslas market cap would need to reach 8 trillion within the next 10 years, deliver 20 million vehicles, and deploy 1 million robotaxis

Jfl at your ass if you actually think that is possible

Which is all biotech.

I think energy is also being overlooked. Especially renewables and potentially nuclear fusion eventually.

People said the same thing in 2018 when Tesla was worth $50 billion and Elon’s targets delusional yet he hit every milestone and built a $1.5 trillion company. The $8 trillion goal isn’t about selling cars. Tesla isn't a car company it is firstly an energy and AI giant first.
Even if Tesla only doubles or triples, Musk's pay unlocks partially and he still walks away as a half trillionaire plus SpaceX and xAl could fill the gap.

Tesla sold around 1.8 million cars in 2024, while ICE makers like Toyota sold 10 million or so and VW sold around 9 million.

Not to mention that US car market is shit scared of opening up to Chinese cars because they'll get priced out in their own turf. Their explanations are bullshit too like CCP subsidises BYD as if US Gov has not spent behemoth in subsidies to Tesla. Tesla stock price will still keep going up no matter what anyone writes though, because its one shining star is its profitability, which is greater than any other car manufacturer in US ICE or EV. That is enough for people to hope that Tesla will eventually replace ICE manufacturers as the default choice. If Tesla continues hitting absymal numbers like it has in 2025 specifically for profitability, I can also see the hype dying a little bit although not much since its Musk. He has proven that he can sustain hype for this long. I dont see why he can't do it for another 10 years. This stock is a ride or die, either it goes tits up or it comes tumbling down

This table is the revenue of the companies I could find for 2024
Toyota Motors$410.89 billion
Volkswagen AG$352.6 billion (approx from currency exchange)
Ford Motors$185 billion
General Motors (a bit unfair since its profits lie in Trucks and SUVs)$171.84 billion
Tesla$97.7 billion

I think Renewable energy is also going to be a very lucrative industry in the next two decades. According to a report by 2030 U.S. clean energy investments are projected to exceed $2 trillion. Wall Street is already treating clean tech as the next gold rush

Lmao I never said it was just about selling cars
. it’s based on multiple things, with car sales being one of them.

Tesla has never had this much success before, yet you unironically think Tesla stock can rise 20% EVERY SINGLE YEAR for an ENTIRE DECADE straight without dropping a single decimal :forcedsmile::forcedsmile:

Zuck the Cuck is also the billionaire goat.
Became a billionaire at 23.
Has 251 billion dollars at 41.
Musk is 54, Bezos is 61, Ellison is 81.
Zuck is the only one who is not some fossil.
Such a pity he wasted all that potential by marrying a sub5 ricecel.
He could have had 10 supermodel baby mamas.

TESLA is greatly overvalued. It will tumble eventually once their shitty robots turn out to be a flop, because that's what they look to me - a flop in the making. The company was always carried by Musk's hype and the generosity of the government. Also, solar won't be the future. Nuclear will be. I am not saying solar is useless, just that it won't be as dominant as Musk makes it to be. That being said, I like what he is doing with SpaceX and X/xAI.
