Biggest failos that stuck out to me are your lips are a little small, and nose is kinda cucking you. It's hard to tell the extend of the nose problem from just a front view without a side view. Nice eye area I really like it. Eyebrows look good, just make sure to trim occasionally, and use those eyebrow spoolies to keep them nice.
