What OP is talking about is age related fat loss
Leanmax is ideal (fat loss from specified places like cheeks etc) while still retaining fat pads in eyes, undereyes that give the face a tighter and fuller look

If You have great bones, You don't need facial fat, still will make You look order, but only after +40 You usualy lose it
