you will never see severe cases of autism in public, they're unmanageable, can either violent (often self destructive rather than targeted) in the sense that anything can trigger a temper tantrum or downright malicious because they don't understand emotions, although very severe cases can also be passive because they basically can't do anything because autism fucks with your motoric function, so they can't walk, can't punch you even if they wanted to, or move their mouth in a normal way so they just drool over themselves.
