Obviously we don't live how we were intended to live, we're living better than that
The human body however is designed to suffer physically so if you don't you'll have health issues which is why by just working out and eating good you'll be very healthy raw meat has nothing to do with it
Needing glasses is genetic we've had vision issues since the human race existed some bodies aren't born perfect and it's fine
However usually people with bad sight died earlier so they were less likely to have children to pass their genes which is why needing glasses wasnt as common before

Instead of whining about people needing glasses be happy that people who were born with bad eyesight can live normally
