Yes they do it because they mention it being banned to talk about, but the fact that r/dating, a normie forum with over a million members, has a sticky thread about blackpill/incels on the front page where everybody sees it, still means that normies are becoming at least aware of the fact that blackpill ideas are a thing that exists.
