I can try them on for 7 days with Amazon Prime Try Before You Buy Wardrobe.

That's what I tend to do and then just send back what I don't want. They've mistakenly given me shit for free also lol, forgetting to charge me.

For shirts and trousers that fit go to the children section. (i am 5-6 and i do that)
I found a good fitting shirt once in the normal section, it was a white henley, and i went there several times to look for XS and they only had one, so after i bought it and liked it i bought 10 of them online from the same company - just the online website (h&m). I bought 4 a bit later - and somehow with the same product number they changed the shirt still and they didn't fit as well as the first ones.
When looking for trousers in normal section i choose the trousers, then they never have something in my ideal size, then i look online in the hm online store (scan the barcode of trouser in shop) and have a bit more luck getting the size there. (still mostly not)
