Okay so I am on this Incel server and as a joke I kept sending instructions for making a bomb out of a pressure cooker.

And I went into a detailed explanation about how it would work and the best targets. Got a knock for what I assume were feds they talked to my parents and asked if their son (me) was acting strange lately. I told them it was a joke when they questioned me this sucks my parents think I am going to shoot up a school now and I have a file on myself from the FBI.

They screenshotted the chatlogs of me advising people how to make a pressure cooker bomb and the best targets to do it. I might have to get a lawyer
