I saw a guy on tiktok doing an experiment where he showed girls different male physiques and had them rate them out of 10, so I decided to try it too and see what kind of results I’d get in person.

Went to the club yesterday and showed girls different types of physiques, and a lot of them actually ranked the shredded look lower than several other gym physiques. Surprisingly, most seemed to prefer physiques that had a higher body fat (12–15%) than (6-10%) or looked more natural.

I also asked what muscle group is the most attractive on a guy, and these were the overall results based on the responses I got:
Muscle groups chosen the most in order:

1. Biceps

2. Delts

3. Back

4. Abs

5. Quads

6. Chest

7. Glutes


The muscle groups chosen the least were: triceps, hamstrings, and calves. These didn’t get picked often compared to the others.

I asked about 20 girls, only HMTB and above. Obviously it’s a small sample size, but it was still interesting seeing how different the answers were from what a lot of gymcels assume.

tbf this guy does have the most appealing physique regardless of his face

shiny hydrated smooth skin, good insertions where they matter, ideal mass, wide shoulders, and narrow enough waist

Ngl foids are retarded for saying they don’t care about triceps. They always say they want big arms but don’t realize triceps are like 2/3 of the upper arm.

Also op you should have cropped out the faces, at this point they aren’t even rating the physiques anyway.
