True, I used to be a very happy boy although when I was a boy I wasn’t ugly. But even when I went through puberty, I was still very happy but very ugly. Now I’m unhappy and ugly. Lol.

It happened to me, you have to follow a very healthy lifestyle to be happy ( dopamine detox, fasting, taking supplements etc)
But I still feel better than before.
