Bone age: 16
Mom: 5 '10, Dad 5'10
Goal: 190 cm/6'3 (realistically will be hard to hit but I believe its possible with the help of my moms genes, her dad being 6'3)
Results/Update:
5 8.5(174cm) --> 5'10.5(179) at 16.5 after 3 months around the previous year of 0 growth (u won't grow a single cm everyone told me

- Underactivated Wnt/β-catenin and BMP/Smad pathways, slowing chondrocyte hypertrophy and ossification
- Faster stem-cell exhaustion, shorter telomeres, and higher oxidative stress, which further impair bone growth
- Lower alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity and fewer mature osteoblasts → reduced bone formation and slower longitudinal growth
Whats interesting is that the shortest people in my family are my dad and grandmother who in turn both have the RUNX1 disorder (not a coincidence). I believe this cost them inches off their height, as my dad, similar to me he had good gentics but hugely undershot them and ended up 5'10, with a predicted height of 6'1.
