Info:
16.5 years old
179 cm morning height
Bone age:
16
Mom: 5 '10, Dad 5'10
Goal: 190 cm/6'3
(realistically will be hard to hit but I believe its possible with the help of my moms genes, her dad being 6'3)

Results/Update:
5 8.5(174cm)
--> 5'10.5(179) at 16.5 after 3 months around the previous year of 0 growth (u won't grow a single cm everyone told me:lul:)
Just 6 ius of gh + ai + supplements + lifestyle + mechanical stimuli
Starting this stack now everything ordered ~ 1600 usd for a years worth of compounds
Doctors told me based on wrist xray+ bone age I had 1-2 cms max more
In my opinion wrist xrays are completly inaccurate to see how much growth is left, your bone age will give you some idea, but there are much better methods

I'm documenting all this as I want to show with proof that heightmaxxing is possible and no matter how late it is for you there is still hope

Context:

Recently I have figured out that I have a rare inherited disorder that affects RUNX1, which plays a key role in hematopoiesis, osteogenesis, and growth-plate chondrocyte differentiation. so I have been trying to counter it, it has probally cost me a few inches in height, which hopefully I can catch up.
  • Underactivated Wnt/β-catenin and BMP/Smad pathways, slowing chondrocyte hypertrophy and ossification
  • Faster stem-cell exhaustion, shorter telomeres, and higher oxidative stress, which further impair bone growth
  • Lower alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity and fewer mature osteoblasts → reduced bone formation and slower longitudinal growth

Whats interesting is that the shortest people in my family are my dad and grandmother who in turn both have the RUNX1 disorder (not a coincidence). I believe this cost them inches off their height, as my dad, similar to me he had good gentics but hugely undershot them and ended up 5'10, with a predicted height of 6'1.

his stack is ok

Yeah it is but I don’t like these exaggerations they make to try to get more interactions
not neccasary exaggerating everything here is true, but is your impression that all my growth was natural and had nothing to do with compounds?

u can have ur opinion, just curious what makes u think that
grew at 16 (this is normal) and attributed it all to hgh. even if it was the hgh that caused the growth, it would only be a small fraction in your case. this thread is basically all cope

I get what ur trying to say but saying it only had a small impact doesn’t really make sense. Do u have any proof that hgh would only make a small difference? Based on evidence such my bone age and growth plate imaging, I was told that I was essentially done growing naturally. With even more evidence, after starting HGH + AI, my IGF-1 more than doubled and E2 dropped, giving me a longer growth window which ill be curious to see you disprove in which how that won't hugely benfit my height. So even if part of it was natural, it’s clear the protocol extended my growth phase. I’m not coping, just sharing what worked for me and letting people decide what they think. Everything else in this protcol is run due to evidence of height increase and theorical ideas, my bloodwork markers would further show the revelance of the rest of my stack.

studies where they used hgh on children (keep in mind hgh is much much more effective when you're a child vs 16 years old) only led to a few inches above the predicted height, and i've heard reports of there being none at all (really depends on how you respond from what i've seen).

next, the AI is irrelevant to the argument as you claimed you gained 2 inches in 3 months. your window is very likely to have been 3 months (or more) without the AI as you're still in the period to grow. if you claimed it was, for example, over the span of 9 months, then it would make sense. i have seen many people say that doctors gave incorrect readings on growth plates & that they grew afterwards. can you send me your bone x-ray?

lastly, igf-1boosting for height is not this magic cure. read into the studies, the data will show it's okish at best. either have good genes, use hgh at 8, or cope buddy. what you're trying to claim is not consistent with biologically researched data.

I had zero growth for a whole year before starting HGH + AI, not even a few millimeters. My plates clearly weren’t fused but had gone senescent, basically dormant. Once IGF-1 doubled + mechanical stimulus and my lifestyle change, my growth restarted within weeks hard to say that is a coincidence. So yeah, genes decide potential, but HGH + lifestyle re-activated the process that had already shut off naturally. Not to mention a complete lifestyle change and nutriention all hugely helped, but don't want give people false hope as they won't neccesary have the same results as me. Heres my plates have a look

this is an anecdote, not actual science.

everything you say is not biologically consistent, making what you are saying by definition cope.

your bone x-ray looks similar to mine, & i grew a small bit (natrually).

Obviously it’s anecdotal there aren’t gonna be studies on giving hormones to healthy 16-year-olds. You’re right that HGH results are mixed, which is why I’ve been looking deeper into how it actually works (which I didn’t really want to mention, but it’s pretty interesting).

The studies that say IGF-1 has “minimal benefit” are almost always talking about serum IGF-1 the liver-derived kind measured in blood tests. But real growth is driven by local IGF-1 made inside the growth plate, which doesn’t even show up in serum. That’s why animals with ~70% lower serum IGF-1 still grow normally as shown in the attachment because local IGF-1 and other pathways (which I’m trying to influence), like increasing testosterone or blocking FGFR3, or just straight up natural stimulation keep bone growth going. This is also why peptides could theorically be better due to their pulsating nature to the local igf1.

If I’m being real, just straight-up HGH + AI isn’t some magic fix the AI does most of the long-term work by keeping the plates open. This is pretty gatekept tho. I was just sharing my results, but I genuinely believe that the stack I am planning to run will have a direct effect on my height, sure call it cope but at least I know I did all I could and as long as I reach my goal nothing matters.

igf-1 does matter, yes, but your genetics are much more important. i have an entire document from a month back on over 50 genetics relating to height with most things being cited. (FGFR3 being one of them, as you stated)

i also did not mean boosting igf-1 has "minimal benefit." i'm aware it can boost height by several inches IF used earlier. using it at 16won't give more than an inch unless someone has a much younger bone age. and once again, hgh can NOT boost your height by 2 inches in 3 months (especially on 6iu), cite a single study showing that (THIS IS THE MAIN ISSUE WITH YOUR ARGUMENT). basically all studies show a difference of 2.5 - 3cm difference from the HGH to control group in a year. your natrual growth was much more than what the hgh gave (if any).

and AI keeping the plates open being the "hero" is pretty common sense to anyone doing research.

i'm not going to continue this conversation anymore as these conversations have been had hundreds of times before on this site. just do research and use your critical thinking skills to draw a conclusion.

I was mad when I wrote that but still feel like that is an exaggeration considering you say you grew 0 mm in a YEAR and then started growing. But I read your discussion wit that other dude and these discussions are actually very important for .org in general. And as u said as long as u reach ur goal it doesn’t matter:feelsgah:
