For those who don’t know, HGH makes you hold water in your spine which can make you 0–2 cm taller.

Since I started my HGH journey I grew around 1 cm (maybe a bit more), and since that, i questioned if that was actual height gain or not.

I didn’t take HGH for almost 2 weeks now because my family and I went on vacation. At first I planned to sneak some HGH vials with me, but I realized that was just too complicated. So maybe I will come back the same height I was when I started my HGH + Exemestane cycle.

My mental health is already fucked up and I will start therapy soon. If I find out my plates are closed, I will genuinely lose my shit.

Tldr;
When I come back from vacation I will find out if my height gain was water in my spine or actual bone growth.

Also,
For those who took HGH and stopped for some time, did you loose any height gain? If yes how much?

hgh wont make u grow taller just speed up growth velocity, surgery or LDAR brutal truth

If you’re over 13 HGH alone doesn’t do much, you’re right, but that’s why you take an ai in addition to the HGH

well i think the ai wont healp u exceed ur natual height limit anyway but im not too informed on ais i just know it can fuck u up pretty badly

HGH with an ai can’t make you grow past your height potential (height limit) but It can make you grow past your predicted height.

Your height potential often is much taller than the height you would usually reach.

For example my dad is 184cm, so I think if i started HGH (ideally with an ai) at a very young age, like 5-13, i would probably be around the same height as him now.

Also, Ais can be dangerous if you crash your E2, but if you do bloodwork and are careful in general, they usually are pretty safe.

Sides diff but i was on letro inconsistently for over 3 months, no sides at all.
