Any trauma to the bone that would cause its atrophy will only lead to bone remodelling to the extent of how the bone looked before.
So you can definitively ascertain that such trauma will not yield any aesthetic effect.
There would be no further growth beyond the size of the bone from any trauma, even if it does not cause immediate bone atrophy.

The short-term/acute effects of bone-smashing are real because of course... swelling is a thing, but it's subjective how good that looks JFL
even at 14-16 with the use of hgh?
