Not sure i'm getting what you're saying, but when you turn it on it will move giga fast, like 16k RPM, in and out of the cartridge. It does not move by itself across the skin, you have to do it manually. But in order to make it move more easily across your skin, you have to use Giga amount of hyaluronic acid to make it skate on your skin. It feels like an electric toothbrush tbh. I have the Dr Penn A8, but you dont need that one. A1 will work too tbh
