yes and also theres a trend of people thinking theyre gonna be MM tier after a few surgeires and jsut generally way overestimating how much theyre gnna ascend from this stuff.

Having said that almost everyone can ascend from surgery- its just for some people it might be a modest improvement for others a giga improvement
