Liam Payne supported him when he got diagnosed with glioblastoma and attended his funeral. Crazy how they’re both gone now, only a few years apart.

I will say Toms death was way more sad, as he was just living a normal life, got diagnosed with a brain tumour at 32, and did all he could to live as long as possible. He fought till the end. And documented his journey. Went in a much more dignified way than being drunk/intoxicated and dying as a result of that.
Toms death actually haunts me to this day. He was a huge part of my life.
Even though Liam was a big part of my life too, the fact that his death seems self inflicted makes it seem less sad.

They’re my favourite band of all time tbh. Their music is like comfort music for me. Just makes me feel like everything will be alright when I listen to them (which is actually a bit ironic in all fairness). But their music got me through some dark days.
