A good physique is just good bone structure combined with lucky distribution of fat. I've seen guys who's bodies mog most gymcels simply because they naturally have little fat around the abs and because they have lucky muscle insertions. This shit is 90% genetics.

Good body = Lucky genetics and also generally roids.

Gymcelling is completely useless for 90% of males.
