How do I Framemaxx?
I’m talking about 3-5x training a week with mild cardio and I’m wanting to build the infamous V Taper. My clavicles are wide and I’m already seeing signs of the V. How do I make sure I’m training optimally for this?
 
lateral raises,
spam lat pulldowns,
hercule holds on cable if you're feeling confidently autistic enough
and spam chest

Alright amazing. Have been doing this so will keep at it.
 
Obliques make your waist big
no. it's all genetics. if you have small clavicles, yes it will make the illusion of a big waist. atleast training obliques works for me.

because you may have a small waist genetically and if you stop training obliques you can have a more enhanced v taper
